About Tim

Tim Arnett, Real Estate Agent, finds his joy in the trifecta of Fishing, Family, and Sight-Seeing. While living on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Tim discovered the ideal backdrop for both work and play. Since obtaining his Maryland and Delaware real estate license in 2021, Tim has dedicated himself to the mission of securing that same sense of home-sweet-home for his valued clients.

 

With roots originally planted in Virginia and academic pursuits at George Washington University in D.C., Tim has called the Eastern Shore home for 20 years. His intimate familiarity with Delmarva's nooks and crannies equips him with invaluable insights into the local market dynamics and buyer preferences.

 

Since becoming a Real Estate Agent in 2021 Tim has been engaged with Coastal Association of REALTORS® initially as an Advocacy/ RPAC committee member, followed by becoming chair of the RPAC committee and then 3-year board member. Tim received the Rising Star award from Coastal in 2023 and Rookie of the Year from ERA Martin in 2022. Tim has served on the State Legislative Committee for Maryland REALTORS® since 2023 and has been a major investor to RPAC since his 1st year in real estate understanding the importance of RPAC. 

 

Beyond his professional endeavors, Tim cherishes his roles as a devoted family man and an avid traveler, particularly when the destination promises some family time. But make no mistake – behind his leisurely pursuits lies a formidable work ethic honed during his tenure as a retired Fire Captain/ Paramedic. Tim's commitment to hard work and client satisfaction knows no bounds.

 

Licensed in Maryland and Delaware, Tim likes to consider himself an advisor to his buyer and seller clients in an important and sometimes stressful experience, making sure at the end of the day that the experience is everything they hoped for.
